Photo Story Books are completely-customized, hard-bound books with your photos and words printed on the pages. They're perfect for saving vacation photos, family history, holiday gifts, birthday and anniversary gifts. However, for about the same price, these are far nicer than the common "photo books" you might get at some online photo websites. These are much more attractive, "gift-worthy", and pages can be embellished in a similar fashion to how a traditional scrapbook would be.
Each page can have as many as 9 photos on it (or text-only if you prefer) and each photo book comes with 20 pages (additional pages may be added for a small fee, up to 99 total pages).

Those services make a fine product and photo book... if all you want is your photos simply printed within a bound book. But don't you really have a story to tell along with your photos? Wouldn't you like to inject some of your own personality and flair into the book? We prefer that as well!
I've tried their services and at first loved it... but soon I found out that I was really passing up a golden opportunity to do more than just print out photos in a book. I wanted to make the book fun and engaging, and I wanted to have MORE CUSTOMIZATION and CONTROL over every aspect of the book's design. I wanted to change fonts, or at least use FUN fonts. I wanted to adjust layouts of the photos on the page so that I could match up the layout to exactly what was in my head. I wanted MUCH MORE than a simple solid white or black backgrounds for my photos...
